Our refund and cancellation policy for subscriptions and credit purchases

MakeClipAI is a credit-based AI video generation platform. All payments are securely processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains how refunds work for different types of purchases.
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your most recent charge, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of your monthly credits. To request a subscription refund, email us at support@makeclipai.com with your account email and reason for the request.
After 7 days, or if significant credits have been used, we are unable to issue a refund for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
One-time credit package purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. Please review your credit needs before purchasing.
If an AI video generation fails due to a technical error (provider failure, timeout, or processing error), the credits consumed for that generation are automatically refunded to your account. No action is required on your part.
