MakeClipAI is designed for creating AI-generated videos for legitimate purposes, including but not limited to:
- Marketing and promotional content
- Social media content creation
- Educational and informational videos
- Creative and artistic projects
- Product demonstrations and presentations
You may not use MakeClipAI to generate, attempt to generate, or distribute:
- NSFW/Explicit Content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
- Deepfakes of Real People: Realistic depictions of identifiable individuals without their consent, including public figures
- Violence & Gore: Graphic violence, torture, or content glorifying harm
- Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Illegal Content: Material that violates any applicable law or regulation, including child exploitation material (zero tolerance)
- Fraud & Deception: Content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others, including fake news or disinformation
- Harassment: Content intended to bully, intimidate, or harass any individual
- Intellectual Property Violations: Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Spam: Mass-generated low-quality content intended for SEO manipulation or spam distribution
MakeClipAI implements multiple layers of content safety:

AI Provider Safety Filters: All video generation requests are processed through our AI providers (including fal.ai and kie.ai), which have built-in content safety filters that automatically block prohibited content at the model level.

Prompt Screening: User prompts are screened for prohibited content before being submitted for generation.

Output Review: Generated content may be subject to automated review to ensure compliance with this policy.

User Reporting: Users can report content that violates this policy. Reports are reviewed and acted upon promptly.
Violations of this policy may result in:
- First Violation: Warning and content removal
- Repeated Violations: Temporary account suspension
- Severe Violations: Immediate and permanent account termination without refund
- Illegal Content: Immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities
- You are responsible for all content generated through your account
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- You must respect the intellectual property rights of others
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of MakeClipAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
