If you believe that content displayed on MakeClipAI's Showcase infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved
- Identification of the infringing material on our platform, including the URL or other specific location
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice:

- Notification: We will notify the user who posted the content about the takedown

MakeClipAI maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We track DMCA notices per account and may:
- First valid notice: Content removal and warning
- Second valid notice: Temporary account suspension
- Third valid notice: Permanent account termination
MakeClipAI is an AI video generation platform. Users provide text prompts, and AI models generate video content. While we implement safety measures to prevent generation of infringing content:
- Users are responsible for the prompts they submit
- AI-generated content may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works
- We respond to all valid DMCA notices regardless of whether content was AI-generated
- Our Terms of Service require users to ensure their prompts do not infringe on others' rights
